Bhoomipujan of the shipping jetty at Dombivli

After the establishment of Modiji's government at the center in 2014, Sagarmala, an ambitious project of inland waterways, was started. Devendra Fadnavis saheb's pro-active style was promoted by his Maharashtra state government. The Dombivli Thane Vasai waterway will be a milestone in the state's first operational waterway.

From Dombivli you can reach Thane in 12-15 minutes, Navi Mumbai in 20 minutes and Vasai in half an hour.
The groundbreaking ceremony of the jetty at Pada Dombivli West in this highly ambitious water transport project was held in the presence of dignitaries.
Along with roads and railways, the government is going to focus on providing water transport as a high-speed transport option.
He further said that in 2016 he took oath as the Minister of State. I strongly believe that positive thinking leads to positive things happening. I had a presentation about inland waterways with the port department, as the port department is responsible for constructing such important jetties. Maritime Board will construct Dombivli Jetty by spending 13 crores.
